Suzanne Garber

Suzanne Garber is a Nurse Paralegal who relocated to South Florida from her hometown, New York City, in 2011. Prior to becoming a registered nurse, Suzanne attended City College of New York, where she graduated with a BA in English Literature. Shortly after graduation, she set out on a different career path, fulfilling her lifelong desire to become a nurse. She was accepted to nursing school, and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Working as a clinical nurse, she went on to specialize in Maternal-Child Health nursing, working for a few of the busiest and most well-known hospitals on the east coast. An interest in medical-legal issues led Suzanne to her present career as a Nurse Paralegal. She brought with her a wealth of experience, having worked as a Risk Manager for 2 of New York City’s major medical centers. She also worked as a Claims Examiner for one of the largest medical malpractice insurance carriers on the east coast, and as a Nurse Paralegal for a well-known New York City plaintiff’s firm that specializes in class action suits and mass tort litigation. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her 2 hairless cats.
