Jeff D. Mueller

Jeff D. Mueller was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and has resided in Florida for his entire life. In 2009, Mr. Mueller received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he was a competitive college swimmer. After college, Mr. Mueller attended law school at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2012. During law school, Mr. Mueller served as an Articles Editor for Nova Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Mueller interned at the Florida Office of the Attorney General in Tampa, Florida in the summer of 2010.

Mr. Mueller focuses his practice of law in negligence and wrongful death matters including catastrophic medical malpractice and defective products cases. He also handles maritime and cruise ship injury matters as well as mass tort or class action cases. Jeff D. Mueller is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida, in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and is admitted to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining David C. Rash, P.A., Mr. Mueller worked for a boutique appellate firm where he assisted and participated in obtaining over fifty million dollars in favorable jury verdicts for clients who were injured or wronged by others. Recently, Mr. Mueller was involved briefing an appeal before the Florida Second District Court of Appeal where that court found that non-economic damage caps on medical malpractice injury claims were unconstitutional.

For fun, Mr. Mueller enjoys running, biking, tennis, racing cars, fishing, cooking and grilling food.
